I purchased this shifter linkage because I swapped a np242 in my 5.9l zj. I was a little sceptical at first because of how reasonable the price point was, but once I got it in and adjusted it I realized I had made the right choice. The shifter shifts how it should and stays in gear correctly. Also I emailed about a question on the install and received an immediate answer! I would recommend this to anyone with a zj!
