Well made, smart design, nicely packaged and delivered quickly. Only improvement would be better instructions, particularly regarding leaving a little shifter handle space 'forward' when in 2-Hi to allow for body/drivetrain flex to not stress the transfer case shifter. Overall it's innovative and well done.
